For faulty and damaged items please contact us via email Please make contact within 7 days from receiving your order ,contact after will not be returned .

The item will need to be returned in protective packaging the same as it was sent in , to make sure no further damage.

If the return is accepted we will refund the courier cost so please keep the receipt, this will need to be sent via email to us with your bank details.

Foragecrest is not responsible for your package in transit to us .
