HOW TO BREW
1 tsp per cup | 80°C | 5-6 mins
Perfect on it’s own or with your favourite milk. We enjoy rooibos chai throughout the entire day as a healthy sweet treat.
Also delicious as iced tea. To ice, simply add one teaspoon of rooibos chai blend per cup of room temperature water and let the blend infuse for at least a couple of hours; we recommend infusing in the fridge overnight for the best infusion. Pour over ice to serve.

Rooibos: Rooibos is wondrously high in antioxidants and is known to support heart health, improve digestion and also has anti-diabetic effects.

It also fights both bacterial and fungal infections.
Ginger: One of our favourite anti-inflammatory ingredients. Known to relieve nausea and motion sickness, lower blood pressure and support heart health.
Cloves: High in antioxidants and anti-bacterial, cloves can help to regulate blood sugar, support your liver health and keep bacteria levels healthy.
